The winners of the 70th Annual Directors Guild of America Awards have been announced. The 2018 Directors Guild of America Awards (DGA) “honors the outstanding directorial achievement in feature films, documentary and television.”

The Shape of Water‘s director Guillermo del Toro took the prize at the 2018 DGA Awards in the feature film category. One of The Handmaid’s Tale episode directors, Reed Morano, won the top TV prize for directing the episode Offred.
