The winners of the 12th Annual Washington DC Area Film Critics Association Awards have been announced. The 2013 Washington DC Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) Awards are from a film organization that “is comprised of 58 DC-VA-MD-based film critics from television, radio, print and the Internet.”
